Actually, it's an article written by 3rd party, only published on Symantec Community portal. Symantec's own research articles are of much better quality. ;)

.NET like p-code VB6 doesn't need stubs for obfusc.. this is why kiddies use it for FUD on their crappy noob bots all over the net..
