Last year I posted somewhere on this forum that I would like to hear of complaints or suggestions people have about this site. A year on I am asking the same question so feel free to make criticisms, throw in ideas or make suggestions on how or what you think would be good to improve the site. We can then talk it over and have a think about it. Sensible ideas have been put forward before and we went ahead with it.

If no one has anything to add I'll presume everything is okay and I'll continue onwards...

Ted.

The only thing I noticed is, that the PM is going wild again (like it did some time ago).
Endless popping up 'New Message' window.. or sometimes the bar at the top shows
'0 New Messages'.. tho there are new ones :?

Havent had any problems with PM windows popping up...yet :D
However, I recently found myself having to send every quick reply twice ?? When I send it the first time, it redirects me to the main page w/o having sent anything.
Then I go back to the post and hit the button again (Firefox seems to keep the box's content, thank god)...

iirc this happened all the time since about last week

Not had either of these problems myself (Firefox, XP SP2). PMs pop up when the arrive, go away when read, and all quick replies send perfectly.

Strange.

If there's anyone near when we collide we throw them in the middle... they can pick sides. As the plans turn into compromise, the promises all turn to lies, the spite builds up and it can't get through, passive me agressive you. I know i nag, i moan i know... but with a plan like this it's way too slow. In the time it took to get this there i could have made this work, but all i had was the hope that pieces would take shape and we could watch them all fall into place.

Only problem i had (using Opera) was with adding attachments to the post, but it seems to be fixed now.

Thing that i would like to see is i can choose my self when the cookie with login info expires, so i dont have to relogin every now and then :)

BR, ChupaChu!
Have a nice day!

You were banned for being naughty. Hammering the site is the probable cause of the automated ban...

Hang thy head in shame for the lord hast cast doubt upon thy character and determine thou art a naughty dude.

Seriously though - the warnings are there. Occassionally Ted gives people another chance but two strikes and you'll most definately be out.

You'll have to wait and hope he's in a forgiving mood.

I was just thinking maybe dividing up the CrackMe's / UnPackMe's / KeygenMe's  section by challenge type.. Sorta like you have the tutorials section, I think it would be a little more organized and make it easier to find the type of challenge you are looking for.

I don't know how much work it would be to make that happen, it might be more trouble than its worth, but its just a thought.

The idea of having specific information in the title to describe [what I am supposed to be] is to help facilitate members who are looking for something specific. A simple title search with any of the usual keywords would bring up a desired result...
